2. Category-Wise Vacancy Details (पदों का विवरण)

• Unreserved (UR): 06 Posts (जिसमें 01 पद Women Candidate के लिए आरक्षित है)
• Scheduled Caste (SC): 02 Posts
• Scheduled Tribe (ST): 02 Posts
• Other Backward Class (OBC): 01 Post (केवल Non-Creamy Layer हेतु)
• Physical Disabled (PwD): कुल रिक्त पदों में से 02 Posts आरक्षित हैं।
• Important Domicile Rule: Reservation benefits केवल Chhattisgarh राज्य के bonafide local residents को ही देय होंगे। Other States के सभी उम्मीदवार केवल Unreserved (UR) category में आवेदन कर सकते हैं।

3. Educational Qualification (शैक्षणिक पात्रता)

1. Law Degree (LLB): देश के किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त Law College या University से 3-Year Professional LLB अथवा 5-Year Integrated Law Degree उत्तीर्ण होना अनिवार्य है।
2. Minimum Percentage: LLB Degree Examination में कम से कम 55% aggregate marks प्राप्त होना आवश्यक है।
3. Final Year Appearing Candidates: जो उम्मीदवार LLB final year exam दे चुके हैं और results awaiting हैं, वे भी apply कर सकते हैं (Interview के समय final mark sheet दिखाना अनिवार्य होगा)।
4. No Active Practice: उम्मीदवार ने Advocate के रूप में regular court practice शुरू न की हो और किसी अन्य full-time occupation या service में कार्यरत न हो।
5. Computer Knowledge: Data Entry, Word Processing एवं Computer Operations का व्यावहारिक ज्ञान होना आवश्यक है।

4. Age Limit & Relaxation (आयु सीमा)

• Minimum Age Limit: 21 वर्ष
• Maximum Age Limit: 30 वर्ष
• Cut-off Date: 1 जनवरी 2026 के आधार पर आयु की गणना की जाएगी।
• Age Relaxation: Chhattisgarh Government Rules के अनुसार reserved categories को अधिकतम आयु सीमा में नियमानुसार छूट प्रदान की जाएगी।

5. Selection Process & Job Role (चयन प्रक्रिया)

• Screening & Personal Interview: प्राप्त offline applications की screening के पश्चात पात्र उम्मीदवारों को Interview हेतु आमंत्रित किया जाएगा। चयन पूरी तरह Interview Performance के आधार पर होगा।
• No TA/DA: Interview में शामिल होने के लिए कोई Travel Allowance देय नहीं होगा।
• Nature of Duties: चयनित Legal Assistants माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के Judges के साथ attach रहेंगे। उनका मुख्य कार्य Legal Research करना, Case Laws तैयार करना, Court Hearings के दौरान Notes लेना और Judicial Records का संधारण करना होगा।

6. How to Apply Offline (आवेदन कैसे करें)

1. Official website (highcourt.cg.gov.in) से निर्धारित Application Form, Checklist Index और Undertaking Proforma डाउनलोड करें।
2. Application Form में अपनी समस्त व्यक्तिगत व शैक्षणिक जानकारी CAPITAL LETTERS में साफ-साफ भरें।
3. फॉर्म में निर्धारित स्थान पर अपनी नवीनतम Passport Size Color Photo चिपकाएँ, स्वयं हस्ताक्षर करें तथा किसी Gazetted Officer से Attest करवाएँ।
4. नीचे दिए गए सभी आवश्यक Document Copies को Self-Attested करके साथ में संलग्न करें:
   • 10th (High School) Mark Sheet & Certificate (Date of Birth Proof)
