Eligibility Criteria (As on 01.08.2026)

• Age Limit: Minimum Age 21 Years और Maximum Age 30 Years होनी चाहिए। Upper Age Limit में SC/ST को 5 Years और OBC Candidates को 3 Years की छूट (Age Relaxation) मिलेगी।
• Educational Qualification: किसी भी Recognized University या Institution से किसी भी Stream में Graduation Degree अनिवार्य है।
• Mandatory Work Experience: किसी भी Scheduled Commercial Bank (RBI Second Schedule) में Officer के पद पर Minimum 1 Year का Post-Qualification Experience होना आवश्यक है। Clerical cadre का अनुभव मान्य नहीं होगा।
• Language Proficiency: Candidate को संबंधित State की Local Language (Read, Write, Speak और Understand) में निपुण होना चाहिए।

Salary, Pay Scale & Service Bond

• Pay Scale: Selected Candidates को JMG/S-1 Grade में ₹48,480 – ₹85,920 का Basic Pay Scale प्रदान किया जाएगा।
• Advance Increment: Scheduled Commercial Bank में 1 साल या उससे अधिक के Officer experience के लिए One Advance Increment दिया जाएगा।
• Allowances: Basic Pay के साथ DA, HRA, CCA और अन्य Bank Perks लागू होंगे।
• Probation Period: Active Service के लिए 12 Months (1 Year) की Probation रहेगी।
• Service Bond: Bank जॉइन करने के बाद Minimum 3 Years तक सेवा देनी होगी, अन्यथा 3 महीने की Gross Salary (अधिकतम ₹2 लाख तक) का भुगतान करना होगा।

Selection Process & Exam Pattern

Selection Procedure मुख्य रूप से निम्नलिखित चरणों में आयोजित किया जाएगा:

1. Online Written Examination: कुल 120 Questions होंगे (120 Marks, Time Duration: 120 Minutes)। प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए 0.25 Marks की Negative Marking होगी।
   • English Language: 30 Questions (30 Marks, Qualifying Nature)
   • Banking Knowledge: 30 Questions (30 Marks)
   • General / Economic Awareness: 30 Questions (30 Marks)
   • Reasoning Ability & Quantitative Aptitude: 30 Questions (30 Marks)
2. Local Language Proficiency Test (LPT): State Local Language की जांच की जाएगी। (यदि 10th/12th में वह भाषा पढ़ी है, तो छूट मिलेगी)।
3. Personal Interview (PI) / Group Discussion (GD): General Category के लिए Minimum Qualifying Marks 60% और Reserved Category के लिए 55% होंगे।
