Selection Process (चयन प्रक्रिया क्या है?)
NHM Bemetara Selection Process पूरी तरह से merit and performance पर based है:
Educational Merit (65% Weightage): आपके graduate/post-graduate qualification के सभी वर्षों के marks का 65% लिया जाएगा.
Experience (Max 10/15/20 Marks): Govt systems में काम करने का experience certificate होने पर additional marks दिए जाएंगे.
Skill Test (कौशल परीक्षा): Shortlisted candidates का 20 अंकों का Skill Test लिया जाएगा, जिसमें minimum 33% scoring अनिवार्य है.
Final Merit List: इन सभी अंकों के total summary के base पर final merit table तैयार होगी.
