Eligibility Criteria (योग्यता और अनुभव)

इस Govt Project Job के लिए apply करने से पहले उम्मीदवार नीचे दिए गए Eligibility Parameters को ध्यान से पढ़ लें:

Educational Qualification

उम्मीदवार के पास किसी मान्यता प्राप्त University या Institute से Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in Pharmacology की डिग्री होना अनिवार्य है।  

Essential Experience

Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) से संबंधित handling, stocking, dispensing, inventory management, documentation या regulatory compliance में न्यूनतम 04 वर्ष का अनुभव (Experience) होना चाहिए।  

Age Limit (आयु सीमा)

इस post के लिए आवेदन करने वाले candidate की अधिकतम आयु 35 वर्ष (Up to 35 years) तक होनी चाहिए। 

 

 Key Responsibilities (कार्य और जिम्मेदारियां)

• Selected Candidate को AIIMS Raipur में निम्नलिखित मुख्य कार्य करने होंगे:
• Narcotic और psychotropic medicines की procurement, storage, और inventory को manage करना। 
• NDPS Act, Rules और institutional SOPs के तहत statutory records को maintain करना।  
• AI-NAMS platform को hospital departments में implement करने में सहयोग देना।  
• Data collection, validation, और narcotic drug records का digitization करना। 

 

Selection Process (चयन प्रक्रिया)

• सबसे पहले प्राप्त आवेदनों की Scrutiny (जांच) Selection Committee द्वारा की जाएगी।  
• Shortlisted उम्मीदवारों को Walk-in Interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।  
• यदि एक पद के लिए योग्य उम्मीदवारों की संख्या 50 से अधिक होती है, तो एक Written Test भी आयोजित किया जा सकता है।  
• अंतिम चयन पूरी तरह से Merit Basis पर होगा।

How to Apply? (आवेदन कैसे करें)

आवेदन करने की प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह से Offline है। आपको नीचे दिए गए Steps को follow करना होग

AIIMS Raipur की official website से Application Form का प्रारूप (Format) डाउनलोड करें।  

Application Form को अच्छी तरह से Type करें और उस पर अपने Signature करें।  

फॉर्म के पहले पेज पर दो हालिया सेल्फ-साइंड (Self-signed) पासपोर्ट साइज कलर फोटोग्राफ अटैच करें।  

अपने सभी Educational Qualifications, Experience Certificates, और Research Publications (यदि हो तो) की Self-attested xerox कॉपी का एक सेट तैयार करें。  

इन सभी डाक्यूमेंट्स को एक लिफाफे (Envelope) में डालें और उसके ऊपर "Application for the contractual post of Pharmacist in AI-NAMS" ज़रूर लिखें।  

इस तैयार Application Envelope को केवल Speed Post या Registered Post के माध्यम से नीचे दिए गए पते पर 13 जुलाई 2026 दोपहर 2:00 बजे से पहले भेज दें।
